Therapeutic Consultation

Therapeutic Consultation is a less intensive service than ABA. It is used throughout the year and focuses on one skill development, or behavior reduction, area at a time. This service is available to Medicaid Waiver clients. However, this service is also available as a private pay service for those families that may need it. This service is very heavy with caregiver/parent/guardian training. This is a consultation service; ABA is a direct service.
